It won't even start for me. Get's stuck on the splash screen. The process is still running and responding, but it doesn't go any further.

Desperately needs a full screen recording mode.

This program really needs the feature to select entire monitors to record, and the ability to select which monitor(s) you want recorded in multi-screen environments.
